PLUSH POLICY

Arrive a few minutes before your appointment, late appointments will be cut but the same charge will apply. On occasion if you are late we may not be able to carry out your appointment due to another client being booked in. Clients must arrive 10 minutes before a facial or massage treatment
as they will be required to fill out a consultation form. Cancellations and no-shows
If you need to cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible as your appointment can be given to another client. If you cancel at the time of the appointment you
will be marked as a no-show. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be marked in our system as a no-show, this will show up on our system each time you book. If you fail to show up for
a second appointment you will be asked to secure your booking with a credit card.

Hygiene
For the comfort of your therapist please ensure that a high
standard of hygiene is kept.
Vouchers and Sunbed Courses
Are valid for Six months from date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged.

The old loyalty cards with the stamp on them are no longer valid and cannot be accepted
